LINGERIE
To protect your lingerie when machine washing, we recommend that you use a special lingerie wash bag.
Remember to fasten your bra to avoid it snagging on other garments, and wash it only with similar colours.
Drip dry your lingerie, avoid spin drying or wringing it out. Do not tumble dry as the heat may damage the stretch properties.
However, nothing is gentler for your lingerie than hand-washing with a detergent designed for delicates. Rinse well in warm water to help preserve the stretch properties of your lingerie.
SWIMWEAR
To ensure correct treatment please refer to individual care labels on each product. Rinse immediately after use and don't leave items rolled up wet then et garments drip dry in the shade.
HOSIERY
We recommend washing your legwear products by hand in lukewarm water every time they are worn, using a very mild and gently cleaning liquid detergent. Each time they are worn, hosiery items (especially the silicone bands on stay-ups) absorb cream or lotion residues as well as finest skin particles. These impair perfect fit if legwear is worn again without being washed.
When machine washing we recommend using a washbag and the delicates or handwash cycle to protect your legwear in the washing machine.
When hand washing, please put a little mild detergent on your legwear and squeeze it gently in hand-hot water. Rinse thoroughly but do not use fabric softener. Now your hosiery is once again pleasantly fresh, the silicone layer on stay-ups is free of residues and you will have the pleasure of a perfect fit.
Hosiery products have particularly delicate structure so please don't forget to remove your jewellery when hand-washing them.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from chameleonboutique.co.uk, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons for example lingerie and swimwear. This does not effect your statutory rights.
You must inform chameleon boutique via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched via e-mail or calling our customer service number. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
Any verified faulty goods will be replaced or refunded at our expense.
Having notified us of your wish to cancel your order (as stated above) please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Hosiery with opened packaging is non-returnable.
If you consider an item to be faulty please return the item to us with an accompanying letter explaining what you think the problem is. We will inspect the item and where necessary return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. In the event that the item is no longer available you will be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund. Please allow 30 days for this but we aim to resolve any issues as quickly as we can.
